Is there a minimum number of days for a rental?
Yes, there is a 3 day minimum charge
Is it possible to pick up the items to save the delivery charge?
Since we do not have a retail location it is not possible for customers to pick up their orders at our office. Besides, we are always 'on-the-go.'

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Master Card, and American Express Credit Cards. Charges are run on the day of the delivery. We will also accept cash or checks, however, we still need a charge card number to secure the order.
What if I need to cancel my order?
There is a 1 week cancellation policy. If you cancel less than a week before the delivery date the minimum 3 day charge will be charged to your account.
Is it possible to add other items to our order during our visit?
We will do our best to get additional items to you in a timely manner. An additional delivery charge will be added.
How is the equipment cleaned and sanitized?
All equipment is cleaned with an approved bleach/water solution, antibacterial soap/water solution, and/or with a high power/ high temperature steam cleaner after each use. All equipment with the exception of cribs are then stored in clean plastic bags. Linens are laundered and stored in plastic bags.
How can we be sure that the equipment is in good condition?
We don't rent anything that we wouldn't use with our granddaughter. All equipment is purchased new and replaced on a regular basis. Our goal is to keep babies safe and comfortable.
Do we need to wash the linens?
No, we have to wash the linens at the end of every rental.
Are there any discounts available for 2 children?
We offer a 20% discount when you order 3 or more items on the weekly rate.
Can you deliver to the airport?
With the airport regulations so strict we are prohibited from conducting business on airport property. We will be happy to discuss other arrangements to accommodate your needs.
